Who may use FootyTekniq
FootyTekniq is currently for players age 13 and older. If you have not reached the age at which you can agree to online terms where you live, a parent or guardian must approve and supervise your use. Do not use the service if you are under 13.
Your account
Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for using the service lawfully and safely.
Your videos stay yours
You keep ownership of videos and other content you upload. You give FootyTekniq a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, analyze, label, and create workout outputs from that content as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and to train, test, evaluate, and improve FootyTekniq's soccer-analysis models, scoring, and features. This includes limited review by authorized people working on FootyTekniq. It does not transfer ownership of your video to us or permit us to sell it to advertisers.
When the content is deleted, this permission ends for new uses of the source video, except for limited backup or legal retention described in our Privacy Notice. Models and aggregated improvements created before deletion do not have to be discarded.
Upload only content you recorded or have permission to use. Choose a safe recording area, and do not record teammates, bystanders, or other minors without the permission required where you live.
Private unless you share
Training videos are private by default. We do not sell them or share them with advertisers. If you intentionally create a challenge or use another sharing control, you authorize FootyTekniq to deliver the selected clip, score, name or nickname, and link to the audience you choose. You remain responsible for where you send it.
Safe and fair use
Do not use FootyTekniq to:
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- harass, threaten, shame, exploit, or impersonate another person;
- publish someone's private information or sexual, abusive, or illegal content;
- probe security, bypass limits, introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, or disrupt the service; or
- misrepresent a score, challenge, identity, or connection to FootyTekniq.
Training guidance, not a guarantee
Scores and feedback are automated estimates from video and may be incomplete or wrong. FootyTekniq does not guarantee performance improvement, selection, scholarships, or injury prevention. It is not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain or unsafe, and ask a qualified coach or health professional when appropriate.
Early-access service
The product is under active development. Features may change, fail, or be unavailable, and we may set fair-use limits to keep it reliable. We may suspend access when reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service maintenance. You may stop using FootyTekniq and request account deletion at any time.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops. We will update the effective date and give additional notice when a change materially affects players. Questions: hello@footytekniq.com.
